We started with IT consulting in Melbourne, and like many innovative companies, CoTé evolved with the knowledge that there must be a better way to drive digital transformation in organisations to deliver a great customer experience.

CoTé set out to develop and deliver a fully automated cloud-based, omnichannel Customer Experience Management (CXM) application to assist organisations with their digital transformation while also empowering them to manage how and when they engage with their customers.
Today, we have virsaic™, the first fully cloud-based CXM platform that enables organisations to create, deliver, and manage all business processes and communication channels, both physical and digital.
We also use technology enablers such as business process automation, AI/Machine Learning and business-friendly tools to lessen the dependency on technical personnel in the Customer Experience Management process. This provides our customers with the the power in delivery and frees the flow of communication.
