Like many innovative companies, CoTé was born out of the knowledge that there must be a better way. In our previous lives working on CXM projects for large corporates, we learnt some valuable lessons; about the organisations, and ourselves.

The inefficiency we encountered hugely frustrated us, yet the belief that we could make things better spurred us on.

We started with IT consulting, but we knew there was still more to be done. So we built our own platform that could deliver on our ethos of doing what is right, not only what is easy.
