ITWire Interview: How does CoTé provide the best CXM experience for our customers?

The goal for CoTé was to build one seamless platform (called virsaic™) for all customer experience automation requirements. CoTé built everything internally in Australia over the last 12 years, we do however leverage partners. The things that we are not are not experts in we find best of breed partners that to help us solve industry problems and integrate this seamlessly into our platform, allowing us to focus on our core competencies, to deliver one seamless experience for our customers, and their end-customers.
