Automate the work nobody will miss

Somewhere in your operation, capable people are re-keying data from PDFs, chasing approvals by email and assembling the same report every month. That layer is automatable, and unlike most AI projects, the business case writes itself.

How we work

01

Process mapping

We follow the work as it’s actually done, not as the procedure document describes it, and identify where the time and the rework genuinely go.

02

Decision logic

Which steps are rules, which need judgement, and which need a named human to approve them. This is the step that decides whether the automation is safe.

03

Build & integrate

Capture, extraction, routing and approval gates wired into your existing systems, often on the Virsaic workflow engine rather than from scratch.

04

Test & tune

Run against real historical cases, measure where it disagrees with your people, and tune the thresholds before it touches live work.

What we typically automate

Inbound document handling

Forms, applications and correspondence read on arrival, key fields extracted, and the document filed against the right record instead of sitting in a shared inbox.

Data capture & entry

OCR-driven extraction using Azure Document Intelligence, with confidence thresholds that route uncertain cases to a person rather than guessing.

Routing & triage

Work classified and sent to the right queue or team automatically, with escalation rules for anything that ages past its threshold.

Approval workflows

Approval gates with delegation, escalation and a complete audit trail, so work moves, and you can reconstruct how it moved.

Routine correspondence

Data-driven documents and messages generated and delivered across print, email and SMS from approved templates.

Recurring reporting

The monthly assembly job that eats a day: scheduled, generated and distributed from the source data instead of from last month’s spreadsheet.

Where AI stops and rules start

We use AI for the things it’s genuinely good at: reading messy documents, classifying free text, drafting a first version. We don’t use it to make decisions that need to be consistent, explainable and identical every time; those stay deterministic rules with a human approval gate. In regulated work that distinction isn’t philosophical, it’s what makes the process defensible when someone asks why an outcome went the way it did.
